Recruiter - campus hiring (Oakland, CA)

Stonegate Quill Health Group is a healthcare provider in Oakland with clinics and support teams, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to insurance authorisations. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
