Recruiter - campus hiring (New Orleans, LA)

Foxglove Willow Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in New Orleans, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
