Recruiter - campus hiring (New Orleans, LA)

Ironwood Timber Property Management Partners is a New Orleans property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to unit turnovers. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
