Recruiter - campus hiring (New Orleans, LA)

Bright West Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around New Orleans, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to equipment calibration. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
