Recruiter - campus hiring (New Orleans, LA)

Stonegate Oak Banking Services Group is a regional lender in New Orleans with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
