Recruiter - campus hiring (New Orleans, LA)

Bright Glen Legal Group is a law firm in New Orleans serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to intake forms. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on intake forms. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
