Recruiter - campus hiring (New Orleans, LA)

Rivermark Hollow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around New Orleans, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
