Recruiter - campus hiring (New Orleans, LA)

Stonegate Oak Banking Services Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account openings. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
