Recruiter - campus hiring (New Orleans, LA)

Nova Analytics is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease renewals. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease renewals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
