Recruiter - campus hiring (Nashville, TN)

Clearpath Harbor Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Nashville, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
