Recruiter - campus hiring (Nashville, TN)

Cedar Maple Housing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
