Recruiter - campus hiring (Nashville, TN)

Redstone Meridian Inspection Services Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to equipment calibration. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
