Recruiter - campus hiring (Nashville, TN)

Summit Ridge Early Learning is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to meal programmes. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on meal programmes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
