Recruiter - campus hiring (Nashville, TN)

Westbrook Pike Financial serves customers across Nashville with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to payment disputes. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on payment disputes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
