Recruiter - campus hiring (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Summit Glen Banking Services Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 814 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
