Recruiter - campus hiring (Minneapolis, MN)

Foxglove Linden Freight is a Minneapolis logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to dock schedules. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on dock schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
