Recruiter - campus hiring (Minneapolis, MN)

Fernwood Lakeside Legal Group is a Minneapolis practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
