Recruiter - campus hiring (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Cedar Wren Environmental Services Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 792 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
