Recruiter - campus hiring (Minneapolis, MN)

Westbrook Mill Environmental Services Partners serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Minneapolis, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to collection routes. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
