Recruiter - campus hiring (Minneapolis, MN)

Cedar Ivory Care Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to care plans. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on care plans. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
