Recruiter - campus hiring (Minneapolis, MN)

Stonegate Clear Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Minneapolis, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
