Recruiter - campus hiring (Milwaukee, WI)

Westbrook Corner Community Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client intake. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client intake. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
