Recruiter - campus hiring (Milwaukee, WI)

Rivermark Meadow Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Milwaukee, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 973 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to waiting lists. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on waiting lists. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
