Recruiter - campus hiring (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Granite Community Partners and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
