Recruiter - campus hiring (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Cobalt Learning Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to student accounts. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
