Recruiter - campus hiring (Miami, FL)

Highbridge Drift Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Miami with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Miami. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to collection routes. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
