Recruiter - campus hiring (Miami, FL)

Greenridge Hollow Freight Associates is a Miami logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Miami. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to proof of delivery. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on proof of delivery. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
