Recruiter - campus hiring (Miami, FL)

Ironwood Thistle Insurance is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 919 people based in Miami. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
