Recruiter - campus hiring (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Drift Environmental Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Miami. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to weigh tickets. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
