Recruiter - campus hiring (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Ember Markets is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier deliveries. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
