Recruiter - campus hiring (Miami, FL)

Harborlight Rook Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Miami, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in Miami. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
