Recruiter - campus hiring (Memphis, TN)

Cedar Wilder Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Memphis, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 772 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to waiting lists. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on waiting lists. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
