Recruiter - campus hiring (Memphis, TN)

Clearpath Ashton Inspection Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field inspections. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on field inspections. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
