Recruiter - campus hiring (Madison, WI)

Stonegate Summit Insurance is an insurance company in Madison with claims and service teams, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
