Recruiter - campus hiring (Madison, WI)

Redstone Junction Community Partners is a nonprofit in Madison supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to grant reporting. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
