Recruiter - campus hiring (Louisville, KY)

Highbridge Orchard Hospitality is a hospitality company in Louisville with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier orders. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
