Recruiter - campus hiring (Louisville, KY)

Greenridge Bright Community Partners runs community programmes across Louisville, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
