Recruiter - campus hiring (Louisville, KY)

Silverline Ivory Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Louisville, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to proof of delivery. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on proof of delivery. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
