Highbridge Quarry Environmental Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
