Recruiter - campus hiring (Little Rock, AR)

Lumen Vale Community Partners is a nonprofit in Little Rock supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
