Recruiter - campus hiring (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Property Management looks after rental homes across the Little Rock area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident events. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident events. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
