Recruiter - campus hiring (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Timber Learning Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Families are partners. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
