Recruiter - campus hiring (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline Quarry Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Little Rock. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 755 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to collection routes. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on collection routes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
