Recruiter - campus hiring (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline Granite Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Little Rock area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor invoices. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
