Recruiter - campus hiring (Las Vegas, NV)

Amberfield Rowan Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Las Vegas, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
