Recruiter - campus hiring (Las Vegas, NV)

Cedar Nest Financial Associates provides savings, lending and payment services from Las Vegas, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer onboarding. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
