Recruiter - campus hiring (Knoxville, TN)

Greenridge Willow Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Knoxville, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to meal programmes. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on meal programmes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
