Recruiter - campus hiring (Knoxville, TN)

Amberfield Meridian Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Knoxville with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to test reports. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on test reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
