Recruiter - campus hiring (Knoxville, TN)

Nova Birch Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Knoxville, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to proof of delivery. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
