Recruiter - campus hiring (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Yarrow Inspection Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to scheduling. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
